I didn’t grow up with an older sister to help guide me, so early on I learned to become my own role model—making mistakes, learning as I went, and slowly growing into the woman I once needed. I’ve always been drawn to self-help books and inspirational voices, but I noticed they often speak from the vantage point of having already “made it,” which can feel inspiring yet distant. This space exists for those of us still in the middle—learning, striving, and figuring things out in real time. Growing Pains & Grace is my way of offering the big-sister guidance I once wished for: honest reflections, lessons learned the hard way, and reassurance that growth is rarely linear or polished. Here, mistakes are welcomed, progress is celebrated quietly, and we navigate careers, womanhood, and life’s transitions together—without pretending to have it all figured out.
